The reason we get ancient is because we don’t dispose the acid wastes and toxins from our body. The food that we are eating every day is nothing but the combination of carbon, nitrogen,hydrogen and oxygen. Once these nutrients are burnt in the cells, they turn into carbonic acids, uric acids, lactic acids, fatty acids, ammonia, etc.
