The pH of the internal environment, the basic “ground” biochemical terrain, can tolerate more significant changes than that of the blood, but the pH of the internal environment should never go beyond 7.36 or 7.42 if excellent health is to be maintained.
Many individual organs and organic fluids, but, have a pH that is normally far above or below this ideal pH. The pH of urine, for example, may be 6, or even as low as 5 or 4.5. In order to test the overall pH of your body, it’s best to test the pH of your urine with pH testing strips.
These different values are all normal and correspond to precise needs of the body. For example, the extremely acidic nature of the gastric region is indispensable for protein digestion, and the high acidity of the skin helps it ruin microbes before they can enter the body.

Water (H2O) ionizes into hydrogen (H ) and hydroxyl (OH-) ions. When these ions are in equal proportions, the pH is a neutral 7. When there are more H ions than OH- ions then the water is said to be “acid”. If OH- ions outnumber the H ions then the water is said to be “alkaline”. The pH scale goes from 0 to 14 and is logarithmic, which means that each step is ten times the previous. In other words, a pH of 4.5 is 10 times more acid than 5.5, 100 times more acid than 6.5 and 1,000 times more acid than 7.5.
When healthy, the pH of blood is 7.4, the pH of spinal fluid is 7.4, and the pH of saliva is 7.4. Thus the pH of saliva parallels the extra cellular fluid…pH test of saliva represents the most consistent and most definitive physical sign of the ionic calcium deficiency syndrome…The pH of the non-deficient and healthy person is in the 7.5 (dark blue) to 7.1 (blue) slightly alkaline range.
The range from 6.5 (blue-green) which is weakly acidic to 4.5 (light yellow) which is strongly acidic represents states from mildly deficient to strongly deficient, respectively.
Most children are dark blue, a pH of 7.5. Over half of adults are green-yellow, a pH of 6.5 or lower, reflecting the calcium deficiency of aging and lifestyle defects. Cancer patients are usually a bright yellow, a pH of 4.5, especially when terminal.
Virtually all degenerative diseases, including cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis, arthritis, kidney and gall stones, and tooth decay are associated with excess acidity in the body. While the body does have a homeostatic mechanism which maintains a constant pH 7.4 in the blood, this mechanism works by depositing and withdrawing acid and alkaline minerals from other locations including the bones, soft tissues, body fluids and saliva. Therefore, the pH of these other tissues can fluctuate greatly. The pH of saliva offers us a window through which we can see the overall pH balance in our bodies.

The Nasty Blunt Truth about Modern Medicine and Cancer! “Modern Medicine’s Secret Ph Cure”
Any American who was ever treated for cancer by modern medicine has been ripped off, are you one of them? There are many someones right now screaming their lungs out because they are dying of a cancerous disease and there is no pain killer strong enough to help them. But guess what; not only are they dying a horrible death, they are being deceived by the institutions that are supposed to help them? Those institutions who found the cure for cancer are withholding it from those who need it. That is right; they would rather see you die than apply the cure that they have known about for years.
Here are a couple of direct hits between the eyes of those institutions. The real search for a cancer cure has been over for years. Anyone who questions for money to help find the cure for cancer is a fool, a charlatan or a liar. Modern medicine long ago cured cancer but told no one what they did. You heard me right, modern medicine found the cure for all cancers years ago. And any doctor who says that statement is incorrect is either a total fool who should not hold a doctorate degree or a complete liar.
Read this next paragraph and you will see why I would make so many bold statements about one of the largest most respected institutions in the world. This next paragraph says it all and cannot be denied, it is the absolute smoking gun.
Dr. Otto Warburg (doctorate degrees in both chemistry and medicine) was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1931 for the discovery that, unlike healthy cells in the human body, cancer cells do not “breathe” oxygen (and except for Adolf Hitler would have been awarded a second Nobel Prize for more work in the same area of research). Cancer cells are anaerobic. In other words, they function with no oxygen present. In fact, cancer cells cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen.
Dr. Warburg, in his Nobel Prize winning study, illustrated the environment of the cancer cell. A normal healthy cell undergoes an adverse change when it can no longer receive oxygen to convert glucose into energy. In the absence of oxygen, the cell reverts to a primal nutritional program to nourish itself by converting glucose through the process of fermentation. The lactic acid produced by fermentation lowers the cell pH (acid/alkaline balance) and destroys the ability of DNA and RNA to control cell division. The cancer cells then start to multiply. The lactic acid simultaneously causes severe local pain as it destroys cell enzymes. Cancer appears as a rapidly growing external cell covering, with a core of dead cells.
Simply place, Dr. Warburg won the Nobel Prize for showing that cancer thrives in an anaerobic (without oxygen), or acidic condition. In other words, the main cause for cancer is acidity of the human body caused by the individual eating too many acid foods. This acid environment restricts the oxygen to cells and leads to cancer.
This discovery of Dr. Warburg’s leads us directly to the cure for cancer. The cure for cancer is to undo this acidic environment by removing the source of the problem. Remove the acid environment (too many acid foods and acidic toxic waste) that the cancer thrives in. This new environment with its balance between acid and alkali brings in oxygen destroying the cancer cells.
Sounds too simple, you might say. That’s what I said as I fought prostate cancer. I had some doubts, but it worked. The cleaner I got my body through detoxing, cleansing and lifestyle changes, the quicker my acid and alkali balanced. My symptoms were gone in 3 months and I got my health back. A year later I was cancer free.
I had doubts like you, because like you I was fed large doses of misleading information from people and institutions I entrusted with my health. Many doctors and scientists in modern medicine are really sincere in their belief that it works. While there are others who have another agenda and it has nothing to do with helping me or anyone else by curing cancer. They do not want a cure because cures mean low profits. They have lead the fight to cure cancer with your money for decades and decades. But the cure will never be found by poisoning, cutting or burning with radiation and laser beams. That is the direction where the money driven industry wants research to go but there is no cure in that direction.
You might also be suspicious because this discovery was made in 1931. Well the guidelines were just as tough then to get past the Nobel committee as they are now. The experiments that lead Dr. Warburg to his discovery were tested and retested by other scientists who came up with the same conclusions. Those same conclusions still stand today ready to be tested if someone wants to disprove his findings but no one comes forward because his findings are the truth.
Many experts in the health field see this Nobel Prize work of Dr. Warburg’s as the greatest medical discovery of all time. First, by curing cancer it will save millions upon millions of lives across the world. But, that is only the beginning because if you adjust your diet this way you also cure all the autoimmune diseases of which there are over 60 at this point. You can also add in total immunity to all germs and viruses because they, like cancer, cannot live in an environment where there is plenty of oxygen and a strong immune system.
I have even seen some deride and belittle Dr. Warburg for living the lifestyle that he found would keep a person cancer free. These are the same small minds that would keep you on their path of disease and treatment for the rest of your life. When Dr. Warburg came up against small minds like these he was known to quote an aphorism he attributed to physicist Max Planck “that science doesn’t progress because scientists change their minds, but rather because scientists attached to erroneous views die, and are replaced with a new generation that is familiar with the truth”. Dr. Warburg finished one of his most well-known speeches with the following statement:”… nobody today can say that one does not know what cancer and its prime cause is. On the contrary, there is no disease whose prime cause is better known, so that today ignorance is no longer an excuse that one cannot do more about prevention.”
How to Balance Your Ph to Kill Cancer and Stay Healthy

Why isn’t our ph balanced by what we eat, what is incorrect with the American diet? In America, as in most countries, we eat typically for entertainment not for nutrition. We do not eat the food that our body is designed to thrive on. We eat like someone who buys a car, puts regular unleaded gas in the tank when the owner’s manual says premium only. This is a guarantee that over time you will get ill and find yourself on prescription medication. By the time you are middle-aged you will have a chronic debilitating disease and be on the slippery slope to a hospital, and then a rest home.
There is one very essential ingredient missing from the American diet that can balance our ph. We do not eat enough raw produce which is a basic fundamental law of human nutrition. Produce is where we get the alkaline that neutralizes the acid foods that we eat. Acid foods are meat, dairy, beans and grains and their products such as bread. These acid foods must be neutralized by the alkaline foods. The failure to do so leads to disease. Well we do not do that in America and you can see the disastrous results of breaking this fundamental law everywhere. America is sick because we have gotten too far away from the human body’s basic nutritional root, raw produce, and it is killing us.
As humans evolved, we adapted to a certain style of eating because of environmental pressures. For thousands upon thousands of years our main pressure was finding enough food to keep ourselves and our family mates alive. If you visualize yourself in their position, the grocery store was the environment they lived in. To survive you must know every source of food available, every eatable plant, fruit, seed, and animal to keep yourself and family fed. We learned to take advantage of nature by being opportunists to increase our chances to find the nutrition we needed. We studied nature via the fantastic teacher, survival.
If you place yourself in their position, where hunting did not evolve for thousands of years in the future, the pressure of hunger drives you to gather those things that cannot get away from you. Plants are everywhere and it does not take long to figure out which are edible and which are not. One clue is to watch other animals eat and you soon learn that there is a storehouse of food right in front of you.
There was no specific amount of this meat and that seed, vegetable or fruit that we turned to. We gathered what we could, but I reckon it’s simple to say that we always turned to those green plants growing and available in so many places. If we could find nothing else, we could always find something green to fill at least some of that empty place in our gut.
You might be saying right now that this does not sound very nutritious. Well guess what, nutritional science has proven that the most densely nutritious food on the planet is not meat or dairy. The most densely nutritious food on planet earth are the green foods.
Our digestion evolved around this style of eating, lots of greens, grains, seeds and raw things with meat when the opportunity arose. So we are what is called an omnivore by some scientists, but we are a specialized type of omnivore. We eat meat, but that is not a strong side for us. Even our stomach acid matches an herbivore, 4 to 5 ph (right omnivores and carnivores have a ph of 1, very acidic). A bear is an omnivore, but unlike us has the built-in weapons to kill other animals and eat them. Here are other omnivores: possums, pigs, chimpanzees, rats, chickens, crows, piranhas and turtles.
If you read carefully what I just said, you will notice that we are an animal who is not a right meat eater. We can, but our body is built to only tolerate a small amount daily. If we were an omnivore who eats more meat than other foods we would have those weapons to kill animals and stomach acid to digest them, and we would sweat through our tongue not our skin. We would also eat them raw, skin, hair, bones, guts and all, like all other omnivores. Let me know if you ever see a bear bring down a deer, gut it, skin it and cook it over a fire. Eating that way would make any omnivore sick in a small amount of time.
If you are like most Americans you do not eat much raw, alkali foods, in one day. Let’s just say that for breakfast today you had 2 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 slices of toast, with coffee. You could call this a very typical breakfast for many Americans. At lunch you stopped for a hamburger, fries and a coke. For supper that night at home, you had 2 pork chops, cooked green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy and a salad with dressing plus a slice of apple pie for desert.
Now, let’s add up this days food to learn why it is so poor and will make you stout and sick. Out of all of that food the raw, alkali containing food was the smallest amount. None at breakfast, some at lunch, the onion, tomato and lettuce in the burger qualified. The salad with dinner was raw and qualified but we cannot count green beans and mashed potatoes because they were cooked, and so were the apples in the pie. Cooking food destroys nearly all nutritional value. So, out of all of that food, there was only a small amount with any food value. The rest of the food that day was cooked acidic food which is pretty much worthless. Here is how worthless. If you have ever owned a composter they will tell you on the directions never place cooked food in the composter it is worthless.
So if you want to get your ph balanced and you want to get the most from nutrition and avoid disease, go to lots of live produce with each meal. My suggestion is to eat nothing but fruit at breakfast like a fruit smoothie. At lunch and dinner what I do is measure at least one pound of raw vegetables as a salad to go with each meal like lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, squash, tomato, spinach, avocado etc. You may reckon this is a lot of produce, that you could never eat that much. You can easily eat that much and more. My friend Jackie, who is 5? 1?, ate a pound for lunch and a pound and a half for supper every day and lost 40 pounds of excess weight over a 3 month period. She told me she will never go back to her ancient style of eating that she feels and looks to excellent. Eat meat if you like; do not eat any refined foods, of course, such as sugar, white rice, white bread etc.
Adding lots of produce to your lifestyle this way will bring positive changes in your health. One thing I noticed when I ate this way is my stomach always feels very comfortable. Even if I overeat it feels excellent.
To help you in balancing your ph bring in a high quality super green food. They have the produce in a concentrated alkali form. Add them to your foods such as entrees, salads and drinks to enhance the nutrition and increase digestion and assimilation of all your food. Also take them with you when you are eating out or traveling. They can also replace your multi-vitamin because they are loaded with real food vitamins your body can absorb naturally.
Nearly everyone is taking vitamin supplements or some kind of fortified drink or another. Most Vitamins on the market are a sham they do not come from food and so cannot be assimilated by humans. The law of nature that we cannot break is “that if it has not come to us through a living plant we cannot get any nutrition from it”. No matter what the manufacturer says you can only assimilate food grown or whole food vitamins. These whole food vitamins can also help you balance your body’s ph.
How Can I Check My Ph to See If the Changes I Made Are Working?
The most accurate method I have found for checking your ph is First AM, Last PM urine method. Buy yourself some ph litmus testing strips that you can find in nearly any drug or health food store. The litmus paper strips change color when they are dipped in liquid. Compare the color the paper turns to the test color chart that comes with the test kit. The technique for finding your ph is very simple, when you first get up in the morning test you urine the first time you urinate. The last time you urinate before you go to bed test your urine then. Do this for a full seven days keeping a list of the numbers you found. At the end of seven days total up the numbers and divide by 7 to get your average ph for the seven days.
How would you like to be treated in the hospital of a country that was ranked number 24 by the World Health Organization (WHO). Well guess what, you are living in that country, as the USA is ranked number 24 by the W.H.O. Isn’t that fascinating that for years and years we were always number 1 and lead the word when it came to medicine. I’ll give you another surprise. As we all know heart disease is the number one killer of Americans, and everyone also knows that cancer is the number two killer of Americans. Guess what is the number three killer of us Americans my friends? It is the American Medical System itself. That is the number three killer of the American people.

Oxygen is routinely used in laboratories to kill off cancerous and viral cell cultures. Dr Otto Warburg from Germany has demonstrated that low levels of oxygen in the cells cause cancer, and that, unlike healthy cells that use oxygen for energy, cancer cells use fermentation to make energy.
Acidity and low oxygen are requirements for excellent fermentation. They are also requirements for cancer to grow and flourish. Without them, cancer will die. When cells don’t get enough of the oxygen they need to make energy , they ferment blood sugar for energy instead. But when that blood sugar breaks down into lactic acid, it raises the acidity , the pH level- of your body. The pH scale is a measure of your body’s acid-alkaline balance. PH levels range from 0 ( highly acid ) to 14 ( highly alkaline ). The ideal pH range for the human body is slightly above 7.6. Your body needs an alkaline environment to perform all its metabolic processes and kill the cancer cells. At pH 8,5 cancer cells die.To be healthy , your body needs to be in an acid-alkaline balance state.
Healthy tissues are always alkaline and oxygenated. When you increase your body’s alkalinity, you also increase the oxygen levels in all your organs and tissues. If you keep an alkaline pH 7.4, you will stop the growth of diseased cells by starving them to death. Their only source of life is energy from fermentation. Most Americans eat a diet high in acid, forcing the body to use its own alkaline material ( calcium ) to neutralize the acids. When calcium is robbed from the bones it can lead to osteoporosis and the bones are easily broken. When robbed from the organs, calcium can reduce their their pH levels as low as 5.5. The organs will still function, but over time, they will deteriorate.
To stay healthy for life, your body needs to be in an acid-alkaline balance state. Cancer can’t survive in an alkaline and oxygenated body.

The Crucial Acidic /Alkaline Balance: How Acidic Is Your Body?
One of the first pioneers of body alkalizing in the early 20th century was none else than Edgar Cayce, a well-known psychic and astrologer of the time. Cayce stressed the benefits of a healthy diet and detoxification.
Since then, a lot has been said about the importance of acidic/alkaline balance in the body. Some claim that an alkaline body is crucial to excellent health, and to avoiding degenerative diseases and ageing.
The author of the pH Miracle, Dr Robert Young is a highly respected leading scientist, microbiologist, naturopath, health nutritionist and educator. He states that: “The prime origin and cause of cancerous tissue is the over-acidification of the blood, then the tissues, due to lifestyle and dietary choices.”
Acidic pH can be the result of emotional stress, immune reactions, acid-forming diets, toxic overload or other processes that deprives cells of oxygen and nutrients. The body compensates for acidic imbalance by using alkaline minerals. A diet that does not contain enough minerals will trigger a build up of acids in the cells, or acidosis.
Acidic imbalance reduces the body’s capacity to absorb minerals and nutrients. It decreases energy production in the cells, slowing down cell repair. It also impairs the body’s ability to detoxify heavy metals, making it more susceptible to fatigue, illness, and eventually disease. More angerously, it makes tumor cells thrive.
Prolonged time in the acid pH state, or acidosis, can cause rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, lupus, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, and cancer.
No tests can yet accurately measure how acidic your body is, because current diagnostic methods reveal only that acid wastes are present in body fluids (blood, lymph, urine, mucous, and saliva), but not in what quantity. That’s because fluids are constantly circulating through the tissues cleansing excess acid wastes.
Consequently, although it is possible to measure the alkaline/acidity of body fluids, it is not yet possible to assess the acidity state of body tissues (skin, organs, glands, muscles, ligaments, arteries and vessels) based solely on blood, urine, or saliva acidity tests.
More concerning is the fact that non-eliminated acid waste is reabsorbed through the colon into the liver, and place back into general circulation, until it deposits in the tissues.
Acidosis is believed to be the basic foundation of all disease. We need to know the simple process of alkalizing our body and the vital role a properly alkalized body plays in restoring and maintaining overall health. Our glands and organs function properly in exact proportion to the alkaline and acid levels in our system.
The Impact of Acidosis on Your Organs
Heart- The heart is one of the most alkaline-dependent organs. Right heartbeat is altered by acid wastes. An alkaline system makes an ideal heart function.
Stomach- Digestive difficulties may indicate production of acid residue in the system. Symptoms are belching, bloating, not eliminated intestinal gas, regurgitation, hiccups, lack or limitation of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation and colic in children.
Liver- One of the liver’s main functions -in over three hundred- is processing acid toxins, and producing alkaline enzymes, as your first line of defence against poisons. Nourishment from the gastrointestinal tract enters the blood via the liver. The load on the liver is much heavier when acid waste products are constantly floating in the blood.
Pancreas- The pancreas is highly dependent on a right alkaline diet. To have proper blood sugar balance, you must maintain a primarily alkaline-forming diet.
Kidneys- Kidneys keep the blood alkaline, and extract acid. Over-stressed kidneys, with too much acidity, can make kidney stones. These are composed of waste acid cells and mineral salts that become gummed together into a waste acid substance.
Colon- It is vital to keep the colon clean of accumulated acid wastes. These toxins can collect on the colon walls and harden in cases of diarrhoea or constipation. They can sometimes get reabsorbed into the bloodstream.
Lymphatic System- Lymph fluid carries nutrition to the cells and removes acid waste products. It flows best in an alkaline environment. In an overly acidic body it slows down, making chronic, long-term, life-threatening conditions. Hindered lymph flow increases acid storage in the tissues. Not drinking enough purified water will also slow down the lymph. Improperly digested waste products are reabsorbed via the lymphatic ducts of the small intestine.

Factors to Consider in a Weight Loss Diet
What can be done about food addictions? Give them all up at once and see if there are any you can do without.
Suggestions For Weight Loss
Nearly raw potatoes. These are effective in reducing hunger pangs.
Ice pack. Placed on the lower abdomen, it takes away the appetite.
Raw honey. The brand Really Raw contains the starch digesting enzyme amylase, which disposes of excess nutrients.
Raw milk and butter. These are hard to find, but worth tracking down because of their rich supply of the stout-digesting enzyme lipase and the enzyme protease, which breaks down protein.
Raw beefsteak. If the steer have been raised on hormone and pesticide-free feed, raw beefsteak is a excellent diet food because it’s loaded with protein — and stout — digesting enzymes. Bartenders recommend rare roast beef sandwiches for hangovers because the enzymes in the beef eliminate acid aldehyde, the poisonous by-product of alcohol, which causes the symptoms described as a hangover.
Avocados and bananas. These are filling, but when eaten raw don’t cause unnecessary weight gain, and they contain more enzymes than fruits and vegetables with fewer calories.
Vitamin E. Not only normalizes thyroid function, but also neutralizes the poisonous by-products of polyunsaturated oils, which interfere with thyroid function. An underactive thyroid produces less heat energy, so less stout is burned up .

Blackstrap-lemon drink. Detoxifying the liver is an aid to weight loss because it gets rid of acidic waste. Add two heaping tablespoons of blackstrap molasses and the juice of a lemon to a glass of hot water. Drink nothing but this concoction for three days. Sip it slowly. Repeat this procedure every few months.
Ice water. Drink a lot of ice water, especially before a meal. This reduces weight because in order to maintain the body’s internal temperature, which has dropped due to the cold water, the body burns up additional calories.
One hard and quick rule all dieters should follow: no junk food before breakfast. A junk-food snack first thing in the morning ferments and putrefies in the stomach. Any healthy food eaten afterward, exposed to the bacteria in the putrefying and fermenting junk-food molecules, is also broken down into toxic waste by these bacteria.
The most critical factor in any weight-loss program is the efficient digestion of foods. Complete digestion means fewer acidic wastes. This has at least three advantages. First, appetite cravings are reduced (toxic acidic food residues make abnormal hunger pangs). Second, fewer acidic wastes means less stout sticks to the ribs. Third, reduction in toxic acidic wastes makes for a more alkaline environment in the body. This in turn increases the production of food-digesting enzymes. The more enzymes that break down food molecules in the gastrointestinal tract, the less food remains undigested and the better the chances to attain the ultimate in efficient digestion and consequent weight loss: oxidation (burning) of 97 percent of the food you eat.
