Potential of Hydrogen – What is a Balance pH?
Scientific researches show that our cells need oxygen to survive. Cells need oxygen to make energy. When there isn’t enough oxygen available, our cells try to make up for it by fermenting blood sugar to produce energy. But, this method of producing energy can topple the body’s pH balance.
When blood sugar breaks down, it becomes lactic acid. The more lactic acid retains in our cells, the higher our body’s acidity becomes. Hence, instead of the normal pH level, more acid is retained which can cause hurt to our cells, tissues, organs and eventually our body systems.

One is tempted to question’ What relationship has aging got with acid/alkaline diets?. The answer to this question is the amount of acidic foods that we eat. When the body cannot effectively rid itself of the accumulated waste and toxins in the body we get older.
The nutrients within the cells needs to be burn in order to energize and maintain the body temperature, not only that, but to get our bodies function properly.The food we eat are composed of the same elements like; carbon. nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen. Whatever the food we consume maybe. vegetable, meat, acid, alkaline or junk foods
As stated above, the nutrients in the cells are used by the cells so that they function perfectly. They burn the nutrients into fatty and lactic acids, carbonic and uric acids. These natural acids are discharged into urine and sweat. when these waste are properly expelled from the body, that is when the body functions perfectly and in a maintain its balance. since the body gets rid of these waste acids quickly and properly, there will be no problem in our body system.
The problem starts when the body cannot discharge these acids properly and are allowed to accumulate in the body as a result of our lifestyle and eating habits. The lifestyle which includes, lack of sleep, lack of body exercise, overwork, stress, smoking, pollution and high acidic diets. All these lifestyle activities disturb our bodies from expelling the excess wastes correctly. These lifestyle activities and diet factors produce too much acid and the body finds it hard to discharge itself of them properly.
The present generation consume inorganic minerals than our predecessor. These inorganic acids minerals finds their ways into our diet through the modern agricultural and food production methods by the addition of minerals such as, sulfur, phosphor and chlorine and these minerals enter our meals, grains and crops through their application in the soil and air. The contribution of these minerals in our bodies is improper functioning of the body to get rid of itself of the acids, even makes things worse.
When the above happens, that is more concentrated acidic lifestyle allows premature aging to set in. The principle of pH miracle diet is a proper and perfect balance for the much concentrated acidic lives. High levels of acids ruin cells and because of the accumulation of acidic materials in the body, the result is aging.

So in our daily life, we should keep on taking some alkaline foods to ensure our health. The alkaline foods are rich in calcium, sodium, iron, potassium, magnesium. These kinds of elements are what our health needs. We can get them from fresh vegetables, fruits, some low-glycemic foods and many other foods. As a result it can help us to fight against many diseases, such as Osteoporosis, obesity and so on. The Acid Alkaline Diet consists of 80% alkaline foods and 20% acid foods.
The Acid Alkaline Diet can help us to have a excellent immune system and also endow us more physical power.
